LM Énergies is a multi-activity HVAC company founded in 2013 and now employing 13 people. It launched its photovoltaic business in 2023. "LM Énergies set up its photovoltaic business only recently, about a year ago. Our aim, against a backdrop of rising energy costs and improving technology, is to offer our customers a solution offering them attractive yields and returns on investment. This business is still under development, but is already experiencing strong growth. Indeed, even though we have not yet launched any communication efforts, we have gone from 6 installations in the first half of the year to around 15 projects in the last few weeks. Roughly speaking, between last month and the next 5 months, we expect to multiply the number of installations by 3 or 4. And we know that this trend will continue. And for good reason: we're very reasonably priced, we provide a good quality of service and we do everything ourselves."

In the context of launching its photovoltaic business, LM Energies faced several challenges:
Communicate in a clear, sexy and differentiating way
"We needed a solution to support us in the design phase. We wanted to be able to present our customers with the cost of their installation and, above all, its performance, in a transparent and attractive way. Initially, to meet this need, we used AutoCalSol, a simple but fairly basic solution. The rendering was not sufficiently in-depth, and the offers we gave our customers were not at all "sexy". The layout was a bit sad, and the information wasn't detailed enough. As installers, we're looking for something to differentiate us from the competition. To do this, we need to come up with as much information as possible, but also with a presentation that's attractive, readable and easy to understand. Our first challenge was therefore to find a medium that would enable us to communicate to our customers a validated, concrete and serious proposal, but one that would also sell and be representative of the company's image."
Giving yourself the means to reassure wary customers
"As newcomers to the photovoltaic industry, we were looking for a solution to improve our knowledge, our discourse and the transmission of information. And for good reason: in the solar sector, customers are distrustful, and it's getting worse all the time. With the explosion of the market, bad feedback about certain companies or installations is multiplying, and confidence is dwindling. So you have to show your credentials, reassure customers and prove to them that you're a serious company that works well with quality equipment. This is very important and will be indispensable in the future.

Increase productivity and responsiveness
"Finally, we were looking for a solution that would enable us to be more reactive and provide our potential customers with a quote as quickly as possible. Initially, we provided our quotations 15 days after the customer's visit. This lack of responsiveness had an impact on our signature rate. Delaying to send a quotation meant leaving room for a colleague, or simply no longer being at the top of the customer's list of priorities. So we needed a tool that would save us time, both by automating our tasks, and by consolidating administrative procedures, costing and studies in one place. Up until now, we'd had one program to do the design, another to do the layout, another to do the costing and yet another to do the paperwork. This multiplication of tools was detrimental to our productivity.

"With Revolt.eco, we have a solution accessible on PC, phone or tablet that enables us to send quotes as soon as the technical visit is completed. In the past, we had to work with 4 different software packages to carry out a study. Today, we can use a single solution that centralizes all our needs. It's a real time-saver, enabling us to work faster and with greater peace of mind, so we can spend our time on other things. A particularly interesting feature is the ability to visualize the static solar radiation of roofs. When we're hesitating between two roofs, it allows us to quickly identify the one that will produce the most energy. This is something I've rarely seen on studies by my colleagues or on software I've used before."
Credible, well-founded sales arguments
"The feature that lets you see dynamic sunshine is a plus for conversion. It's clearly a selling point. Customers can see how the sun behaves over the course of the year on their roof. This reinforces the results we're going to give them. It's a proof that's based on concrete data and cannot be cheated. So it creates confidence and has a positive impact with customers."
Enhanced customer experience boosts satisfaction
"I also really like the possibility of having an interface for each of our customers. Before, the various elements of the file were sent by e-mail to the customer. With Revolt.eco, it's much more professional and much cleaner. Customers can log on to their user space. There, they can find our approvals, qualifications and insurance, as well as their quotation and study. They can also track the progress of their project and administrative procedures, or add documents without having to go through us. All these options help us to improve customer satisfaction, which is our top priority, the pillar of our development and the key to our success. Revolt.eco helps us to simplify our processes and improve our time management, but it's also what our customers are looking for. They, too, are very busy and want their processes to run more smoothly. So far, I haven't had much feedback, but the little I have is positive, and will be even more so with the new features to come."
